Having trouble downloading letters as well. Keep getting notice to subscribe for some computer program…..

Look, there is absolutely no problem with the downloading. One of two things is true: (1) you are clicking the wrong link or (2) you do not have the correct app on your phone or device. Most documents here are in Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF. You need to have both Adobe and Word apps installed. Or try a computer. But the problem is not on our end.
